Recycled Newspaper Insulation can be used in homes and buildings of all kinds.
Pen y Coed Warmcel, based in Meifod, Powys, started supplying and installing Warmcel insulation to the building industry over 10 years ago. The huge growth in the timber frame market has been equalled by the use of Warmcel in these buildings and those insulated with Warmcel by Pen y Coed Insulation.
Warmcel is a non-hazardous material, manufactured from recycled newspaper that acts as an incredibly effective insulation. Unlike most other insulation Warmcel doesn't have to be cut to fit but is sprayed or injected into place. This means that irregular panels and voids are completely filled. Where most insulation has to be placed behind or in front of cables and pipes in panels, Warmcel flows behind, in front and in between to form a perfect fit, leaving no gaps for warmth or sound to pass through. This system of insulation, ensures a very high performance insulation that will keep your heating costs to minimal levels.
